PERFORMANS BOND GUARANTEE:
For the fırst shıpments under the contract, for trıal purchases, no performance bond ıs ıssued. A 2% performance bond ıs ıssued startıng wıth the second shıpment under the contract.
PAYMENT TERMS:
OPTIONS 1: MT700 AT SIGHT LC
- With an Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible, Autorevolving, And Confirmed 100% MT700 LC Payable At Sight ( Loading Port) – MT700 LC should be opened and confirmed by a first-class international bank.
- All banking and confirmation charges will be paid by end buyer.
- Once the loading process has been completed, the buyer shall make payment via their bank for 100% of the value of all original shipping documents via MT103TT at the port of loading within 72 hours.
- All the original documents will be sent to the buyer bank via the seller bank through DHL.
- The products are sent to the port of discharge after each shipment.
- This process continues until the end of the contract.
OPTIONS 2: MT700 DEFERRED PAYMENT (Usance Letter Of Credit)
The financial institution offers a 10% Deferred Payment (Usance Letter Of Credit) discount. For purchases with Deferred Payment (Usance Letter Of Credit), 10% is added to the prices listed above.
- With an Irrevocable, Transferable, Auto-Revolving, and Confirmed Deferred Payment (Usance Letter Of Credit) (MT700) – The payment period begins at the port of loading. The Deferred Payment (Usance Letter Of Credit) should be opened and confirmed by a first-class international bank.
- All banking and confirmation charges will be paid by end buyer.
- The MT700 Deferred Payment (Usance Letter Of Credit) term must be 6 months, and a new Deferred Payment (Usance Letter Of Credit) (MT700) must be sent to the Seller’s Bank each month after shipment.
- The seller completes the loading operations at the port of loading, sends all shipping documents to The Buyer’s Bank, And The 6-Month Deferred Payment (Usance Letter Of Credit) period begins.
- All the original documents will be sent to the buyer bank via the seller bank through DHL.
- The products are sent to the port of discharge after each shipment.
- This process continues until the end of the contract.
TRANSACTION PROCEDURE :
- Buyer submits ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) and KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation (Colored Copy of Passport, Company Registration Certificate) — duly signed and stamped.
- The seller prepares the FCO; the buyer approves the FCO and returns it to the seller. The buyer also sends the swift message specified in Clause 3 to the seller’s bank.
- The party receiving and signing the FCO there by accepts the following terms, after which the process proceeds to the spa stage.
Message type:MT199 (free-form message).
Purpose: generally used for rwa declarations or POF (Proof of Funds) confirmations in commercial transactions. The recipient’s bank (Instructing Bank) sends a swift MT199 RWA (Ready, Willing and Able) message to the beneficiary bank at the bank address specified in the FCO.
If these documents are not provided, the request is deemed to have been cancelled. - Seller issues draft SPA
- Parties agree and sign SPA
- Seller issues proforma invoice
- Buyer returns signed Proforma Invoice
- The buyer selects one of the payment methods listed below and prepares a draft of this payment method in coordination with the seller.(MT705 Pre-Advise)
- Payment methods are available in the 2 options listed above.
- Loading starts as soon as possible
- After payment procedures (payments are completed in accordance with the payment methods specified in options 1 and 2 above.) And B/L transfer, the vessel go to the discharge port.
