    STANDARD PROCEDURE

    1. The BUYER issues a Letter of Intent (LOI + CIS) or an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO).
    2. The SELLER issues a Full Corporate Offer (FCO).
    3. The BUYER signs and seals each page of the FCO and returns it to the SELLER.
    4. The SELLER issues a draft Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) that incorporates all terms and conditions.
    5. The BUYER signs and seals EACH page of the SPA and returns it to the SELLER.
    6. The SELLER finalizes the SPA, signs and stamps it, and issues a Proforma Invoice.
    7. The BUYER issues a draft DLC/MT700, which the SELLER’s Bank reviews and approves.
      Within 5 international banking days, the BUYER’s bank issues an irrevocable, transferable, divisible, and confirmed DLC/MT700 to the SELLER’s bank (from one of the top 50 prime banks).
    8. A two percent (2%) performance bond (PB) will be provided to the SELLER’s bank upon confirmation of the operative instrument. NO PB FOR TRIAL ORDERS.
    9. Shipments will begin within 30 banking days of the Seller’s Bank’s confirmation of the DLC/MT700.
    10. All original documents will be sent to the Buyer’s Bank via the Seller’s Bank through DHL.
    11. After loading is complete, will also be paid against all original shipping documents and commercial invoice within 72 hours via MT103TT at the port of loading.
    12. Once payments are complete, the goods are delivered to the Buyer in Hong Kong, China.
