    PROCEDURE

    1. BUYER issues Letter of Intent (LOI) or Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO).
    2. SELLER issues Full Corporate Offer (FCO).
    3. BUYER signs and seals EACH page of FCO and returns to SELLER.
    4. SELLER issues draft Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) which will incorporate full terms and conditions.
    5. BUYER signs and seals EACH page of SPA and returns to SELLER.
    6. The SELLER completes the SPA, signs and stamps it and issues a Proforma Invoice. BUYER issues a draft
    7. DLC/MT700, which SELLER’s Bank reviews and approves.
    8. Within 5 International banking days the BUYER’s Bank issues Irrevocable, TRANSFERABLE, DIVISIBLE AND CONFIRMED DLC/MT700, to SELLER’s Bank (from top 50 Prime Banks)
    9. A two percent (2%) performance bond (PB) will be provided after confirmation of the operative instrument to seller’s bank. NO PB FOR TRIAL ORDERS.
    10. Shipments will start within 30 banking days of confirmation of the DLC/MT700 by seller’s bank.
    11. All the original documents will be sent to the BUYER bank via the SELLER bank through DHL.
    12. BUYER’S bank makes 100% payment to SELLER’s bank immediately after material is loaded and full sets documents are provided. Seller will entrust SGS to issue quality and quantity (Q&Q) inspection report at the port of discharge.
